Custom Work

Custom work requests always get us smiling: we love collaborating with folks to create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces we know they’ll use forever, be it 100% utilitarian or fashion-oriented. Whether it’s a special request or upgrade on a product we already make, or something completely new, we love a challenge and welcome custom orders.

A few words on ordering custom leather goods from OLM:

• We reserve the right to request payment in advance depending on the nature of the product: any orders with a quote of greater than $250 will require a 50% deposit prior to the start of work
• For large knives, hatchets, other tools and guns, it is important for us to see the piece in person, take measurements and possibly tracings. We also sometimes ask customers to leave items with us. If this is not possible, be prepared to provide quality photos of the item with precise measurements. Don’t worry, we’ll walk you through what we need!
• Due to the nature of custom work, custom made pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable
• We will provide you with an approximate timeline to finish your order. Typically, custom orders take between 2-6 weeks to fulfill depending on the nature of the project. Orders made on a tighter timeline may be accommodated for an additional charge
• No project is too big or too small! Bring your design requests, decorative tooling/stamping/engraving ideas and whatever else you’ve got: we enjoy a challenge and guarantee you’ll love the result
