All our products ship through USPS Priority Flat Rate. We have found this to be the most secure and cost-effective way to get you your goods. Should your products arrive damaged in any way, please let us know immediately.

We love and use our own products daily and we know you’ll love them as much as we do. Keep in mind that there will some natural variation in texture and color with real leather, so products may appear slightly different in person when compared to the photos. We do our best to represent our products accurately. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund. Items must be in the same condition they were received in order to be returned. We regretfully cannot offer refunds or accept returns after 30 days.
